Oh, I just mentioned that in my post. They had sealed the room, and how was it open? Once it's left open unsupervised, no evidence from there can be counted as proof. Police should have been there to open the lock and do the search.

Also you may have noticed this too...something breaking in Gauri's room after the police sealed it. yuvraj heardbit ,went a few step towards the sound saying to himself what's this noise , he then shrugged his shoulders and went away...he didn't mention this to anyone.
