Which web browser are you using? Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Opera?

Hey that happened to me alot!!
To fix this problem , whenever you
have to log in, TRY TO log in
from the homepage, like where it
says "quick log in".. mine works
perfect now, but if i log in
from the other way then it
tells me i have cookie problems.
Hope that helped. Let me know..

First you delete all the cookies and temp files and then log in from the homepage. It should work.😛

I was facing the same prob but now its working for for me.

Ok Leena, then open your Internet Explorer Browser.

Click on Tools -> Internet Options.

Go under the Privacy tab and click Sites.

Your window should look like this:

If it does, click OK and go to the Privacy tab again.

Now this time click on advanced.

Your window should look like this:

Then click OK and close the browser.

When you open Internet Explorer again, you should be able to log into IF.

If you aren't, then try logging into IF from Mozilla Firefox.

If it still doesn't work, let me know. 😃

Cheers,

Actually, I have the same problem too. But, when I log in from the homepage of I-F, I have no problem. When I click on "Log in" found at the top right corner, I get the cookie enable message.
