Questions and Suggestions for Vijay

After coming back to IF - And onto the the new software.

I have some suggestions and a couple of questions.

Question 1

How long does it take you generally to respond to complaints and enquiries that are put to you directly? Is there is a certain time frame?

Question 2

In case you are busy and cannot get back in a certain time frame, naturally it's not an enquiry for the mods.. what is the protocol to follow at that point?

I have tried to search the answers on this, but I have not been able to find the answers to that.

Now for the suggestions

- Could you increase tag availability to more than 10?

- Can you add inbuilt gifs in editing box, as available in Twitter?

- When you are replying in atopic, you don't get the full ribbon of tools, can something be done about that.

- PPL also complain those on WL, that 15 posts are not enough, could you increase them?

- In complaints section, why is there no option to select Racial hatred. Believe you me there is a lot of that happening.

- Can you increase the number of options in the polls?

- Why can the post maker not edit their topic errors when doing polls? Can you have that rectified. Right now one has to approach the mods for that.

- Is there a way to minimise the pinned topics. Every time you go the forum page - you have to go down the entire list of pinned and global topics, which you don't need to be seeing every time. So you have to keep scrolling.

- Hall of fame updates much slower than before, and you can't always get all the options up from the list. Cant hat be sorted?

- Although people use mobile emos, can we have an increased number of emojis than what the forum has available right now?
