hello
i already asked for help regarding spam content while updating

someone replied, the person said to edit some words until you can update
but i have been trying for months now, it is still showing spam content

can someone help me please? otherwise the story will get blocked and it will difficult for me to begin again

Before your story topic gets locked, you can always make a placeholder post in that topic. Just type anything for the time being. After it goes through, you can edit that post, replacing the placeholder text with the next chapter. Or, simply make a new post with the next chapter.

I do this all the time.

My advice was to post the first few paragraphs, then edit to post more paragraphs. If each increment goes through, keep on editing and adding text. If spam is detected, you know which paragraphs contain the problem word. Then you can edit to add one paragraph at a time, or one sentence at a time, until you have narrowed it down to the problem word. Either replace the word with an inoffensive synonym or experiment with misspelling or mispunctuating it so that it will go through.

Ever since Twitter changed to X … they have to be newly enabled by this IF site for it to be embedded .

Also X seems to have disabled embedding its links easily .

I usually replace x with twitter and post. Till IF does not accommodate new url format you can try doing that.

For eg: above link after replacing x.com with twitter.com
