It didn't in the old site. I'm glad it's been added in the new one. But it's not working so far.

I just checked the real issue it's not PM but it is full inbox buddies as if you select any buddy with full inbox it blocks the rest messages too which is quite surprising please check this bug & resolve it ASAP as we are not able to send PMs properly 😞
