And I want to set the time off set from Forum time

So that it shows IST and also I am not able to change UN

Even it has been 1 year ...

Please someone help me ...

**About the UN, try to change it tomorrow. Set your time setting to IST and it should automatically use IST.

Go to dashboard -edit profile- preference settings - offset from forum time-
Select IST or + 11 .5 hours
