Personal life : Sukirti is a bubbly and happy-go-lucky girl in real life born on 20th of November,1987 in Nainital to Mr. n Mrs. B D Kandpal. The scorpion beauty wanted to opt her career in law as she was born to a public prosecutor. She has completed her honours in Economics from Sophia College, Mumbai. She also worked for an international BPO before joining the Television Industry. She has an elder sister Bhavna and younger brother Manjul Kandpal.Career : She first came to Mumbai for studies when she was just 14. She was spotted by Cinivistaa's director and asked her to give an audition for Dil Mil Gayee. But things didn't work here that time and she got another show Jersey No.10 playing Sakshi a tennis player as main lead. Later she replaced Shilpa Anand as Riddhima in Dil Mil Gayee and this was turning point of her career. After Dil Mil Gaye, she bagged the role of Siddheshwari Singh in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. Another landmark in her career was playing the main lead Piya in Balaji show Pyaar Ki Ye Ek kahaani. She enacted a double role in the show as Piya and Maithili. After this she grabbed the role of a reckless, spoilt NRI Jazz in Zee TV show Rab se sohna Ishq. Sukirti also played cameo in Shapath, life Ok where she played clone character of same face but four different persons. She was seen in an episodics of Gumrah as a victim of teen pregnancy, in Imagine TV Comedy show Dekh Bhai Dekh, in Meethi Chhuri No.1 and in Shhh Phir Koi Hai.
Except from that she co-hosted Bachelorette India, Red Carpet of Zee Rishtey Awards and co-hosted Gumrah Season 3 with Karan Kundra for 2 episodes.
Currently she is playing the lead role of Simran in Life OK's Kaisa Ye Ishq Hai Ajab Sa Risk Hai.
Filmography : Her Bollywood debut was a cameo in movie Love Sex aur Dhokha.
Advertisements : She became the official model for PC Chandra jwellers for year 2009.
She was seen in Shehnaz Hussain's Fair One beauty cream ad.
