Changing topic or not, would like to get an answer about it. I didn't like the idea of merging it, i think i can make my opinion straightly here. When two are going parallel and have nothing in common in the topic raised, why to merge. Whatever.

I stated above that answers will get lost ... thats why they changed the title here and added fan points in it.

Riti ... the issue is not the answers... there will be discussion around them and the posts will all fall over each other... hope the mods realize that... better to keep the discussions clean ... once Vijay answers we can summarize and keep the post clean...
