Acc. to The Internet Technology Act (amended 2008) states in Section 72A that:

so, if u guys are seriously stalking our PMs..am telling u..u will be sued in no time...and plz if u want to consider it as a warning..yeah sure..consider it in dat way cuz u guys alwayz and alwayz betray our trust over and over again..ur rules are so grey and ambiguous...anyone can get away so easily...and most of the time these rules are never followed..ya maybe followed by DTs or Owners just against those to whom they have personal grudges...and plz vijay do reply us...u alwayz get away by posting ur rulebook, over defensive answers...if u can talk to those IPKKND peeps in other thread in S/C section, than plz we also expect same kind of treatment..plz try to understand our queries and come up with SOLUTION..don't give us those repeated answers...Do clear the air, and tell us why all this has happened.. this SANJU girl claiming is right or wrong?? if she is right than what actions u will be taking against that DT?? and most importantly what action will u place so that u NOONE can access our PMs...remember this PRIVATE message are highly PRIVATE and NO ONE HAS RIGHT TO LOOK INTO IT..NOT EVEN YOU...😊
