How does the Group Structure works?

India Forums is owned by Cyberax which in turn is owned by Vijay. The same company, Cyberax also owns 'Brand Buzz'.

PS- I love to anticipate the action of the moral cops who find a reason to start their moral lecturing. So here I go with my defence. Yes it's none of my bloody business to discuss Vijay's side business and I give my consent to it.
