^Rolzz, I think you have misunderstood regarding the PM issue. None of the mods can read any of the members PM.

@Caro , you are right reg IP, hopefully we will get alternative way to check IPs:)

You CAN check a member's school if the internet at school is hosted by a separate school based IP

You CAN identify which school/college the member goes to through IPs.

Regarding the Private Messaging system I can just assure that none of the Dev Team members have access to other members PMs as that would defeat the meaning of "Private".
