Thanks AJ....for the very important post that this forum needs. I have witnessed both the topics that you have mentioned and it was completely disgusting and arrogant behaviour by the respective members.... one member stalking the cc and taking the screenshots and pasting them on the forum. Not only that post did not get any warning.... there was no action taken for the member's action....at least till now.

It happened today also the "waist" topic that certain member posted insutling comments on Rati Pandey.... not only that....started making fun of other members by posting cheap remarks on them. Again there was no warning posted for those posts and no action was taken....

On the other hand....I also noticed the topic getting closed by moderator even though there were no bashing of the characters.... people were plainly explaining their POV....and still it got closed....wonder why?

Where are all the rules?.... where is justice?

I cudn't believe for a while that someone could actually stalk a private space......take snap shots and then proudly post it here.........to show what really????????

This was a shameful act.....and I thought I'd seen the worst here.....but this beats it all. Even if it's not a rule respecting someone's privacy isn't it basic decency .....??

It's sad that topic didn't get closed and the person responsible got away with insulting other members on open forum for expressing their views in their own personal space. Our private spaces are not private anymore, we have no right to express our opinions even in our space so what exactly are we supposed to do. Keep drooling over whatever rubbish is shown just because someone somewhere on this forum does not agree with our POV's???????????

Daksha...CC is chat club....we discuss lots of things there and some one *disgusting muh* posted the screen shots of teh pages in teh main forum...posting our discussion here...and bashed us openly...

hmmm...it is a serious violation of privacy...

Hey Anu,

This post was so needed man. Thankyou so much. This is the height of invasion of our privacy and basic rights man. I have never seen the forum to come down to this level. Such blatant and outright breaches will not and should not be tolerated. It is a very vulnerable and important aspect which needs immediate attention and severe to severe action should be taken against the people who have dared to do this.

It will be a disgrace if this matter is not taken seriously, this is an authentic forum and so many people all around the world log in here and read the messages put up.

Its high time especially in light of the posts and topics particularly those targetting actors should be dealt with rightaway and harshly.

I hope some action is taken not just for our safety but for the privacy of all the members.

Such invasion of privacy especially from our CC is condemnable to the core. shame on such people who commit such heinous crimes, yes it is a cyber crime which in no way shoule be left unpunished.

My humble suggestion is to ban the account of the person who invaded our CC and this person shouldn't be allowed to have any accounts for some time till he or she gets some sense and respect for others and their privacy.

Some people have a real bad habit of poking their nose in other CCs. Don't know what they get in doing so. Either they find their own CC boring or the STALKING CC too much interesting. I really feel stalkers should get a life. Why the hell do they stalk when its mentioned INVITES ONLY ???

If the member has posted screen shots its enough evidence of stalking. Report it (PM) to CC mods. alongwith the screen shots of the screen shot which the member posted . Appropriate action will be taken by the CC DT. 😃

My friend Ishan, Have mentioned what must have been done Above, Since both Moderator and Channel Moderator of CC is active, This should have been taken up to them, I understand what you all are trying to say and since you got the Proof that the stalker have taken screen shots, I am sure this Problem will be taken care of soon. Just kindly report that post or in order to get the work done fast Pm gk_09 or Angelic_J , They will take care of it.

Meanwhile, Everyone please calm down and be patient, You shall get your answer soon. 😃

this is wrong in so many levels if that's what is happening.. In cc when it clearly states invites only, how can ppl b nosy n stalk.. Terrible, it's no less than a stranger barging in house uninvited n vadelizing.. Anyway I surely agree there has to b some rules to follow n respect ppls space there coz it's active forum too..

This issue is already being looked into and as GK had already mentioned in her PM, we will be formatting the rules to include this type of invasion as well =)
