Dhanam portrays herself as such a self-sacrificing person who only cares for the well being of the family but she is so passive-aggressive and a nosy parker with no sense of boundaries and even no proper understanding of other people's wishes.
Kannan is another annoying person who is so immature even though he is already so old.
Mullai is a good person and she is not the cause of the problems. But for some reason, I keep getting a "I'm a holier than thou" whiff from her (maybe her expressions and the way that she keep presenting herself as how accommodating she is to everyone) that is actually annoying me and I can see why it may irk Meena. Does anyone else feel this way?
Meena may be a spoiled and petulant brat but a least she is open about it. I understand that Meena is not a easy person to get along with. But I see why she is irritated if everyone at everytime is always characterising her as the trouble-maker and not really willing to listen to her side. To be fair, that she is the trouble-maker most of the time. But everytime there is a fight, everyone keeps rubbing it in her face that she is the cause of all the problems (even her husband most of the times) and the other people in the house are all oh so reasonable and all. No wonder she is frustrated. She left her own family for Jeeva and now probably feels isolated. And it does not seem to appear that Jeeva's family understands this.
I really did and still do not like Meena very much. But at this rate, I am probably going to end up rooting for her to just getting Jeeva and herself to move out and find a separate home for themselves.
