Now to the actual show. It definitely needs to pick up pace. It doesn't really keep me hooked. I hope they don't take a long time to build it up to an decent level.
Abi's character is well-created. A girl coming from a struggling background and forced to use her skill in something that's not exactly appreciative to her talent, happens in the real world. Especially a poor family needing to aid someone, it automatically falls on the eldest member.
Vicky seems like a chill guy. I like his attitude with things. 👍🏼 He's respectful at the same has fun with his life. Good to see. And being attracted to Abi with her singing. Definitely cliche, but acceptable.
And the whole thing with Madhu taken to that house, the girls acting weirdly, the guys misbehaving, and taking advantage of her, is actually very intimidating. It's scary that any girl has to go through that torture in life. I really hope the end this Kolkata track and change the focus to Chennai.
Overall, it has been a decent start to the show. Definitely expecting it to pick up the speed, else I'll lose interest quite soon.. As of now, it's only worth the watch for Madhu's acting. She's doing a brilliant job. 😃
