hello! i'm very new to this forum and i'm a mythology loverđ i'm very fond of ramayana and as well as mahabharatađwell i seldom watch siya ke ram but i'm watching the whole swayamvara episodes very keenly...i've just one question...did ravana attended sita's swamvara đ did he stayed at mithilađ? actually i never read such but i've seen same kind of epiz in another mythology based show sođ.plz help me answering thisđł

well in krittibasi Ramayana, he did attend the swayamvar and wanted to win her hand but was insulted by lakshmana , after rama pulled up the bow.
KRITTIBASI RAMAYANA is the Bengali version of Ramayana, where lakshman rekha has the first mention.Valmiki Ramayana does not have the lakshman rekha episode.
