I feel pari did not get training in communication skills that is why she don't know how to speak and what to speak in business deal

someone should suggest to get trained in communication skills before dealing with clients

1) Pari's dressing was totally wrong.

2) The attitude with which she spoke to the client was extremely rude. She was literally pouring out all her frustration on him and it was clear.

If somebody speaks in this manner they dont even get the deal in first place forget about reconsideration specially when everything is against the customer.

And the just be yourself advice from Ruhaan did not fit as I felt in that scene Pari did not look and act like Pari. I totally agree that scene looked completely like W*F for me lol
