So basically she is comparing a guy who called her a giri hui aurat for another woman to a guy who doesn't say anything even if she takes her ex's name. 😆

Fertility problem is a medical issue, so Mauli becomes ineligible to marry Ishaan, if she can't give him kids?

If something like this comes up , it's the duty of the girl to let her prospective groom know. Otherwise it amounts to deception and grounds for divorce later in real life. Mauli should have informed Ishaan. And if he was ok there would be no issues.
