i think we should know how kunan marriage was...kunal totally shut off his emotions and become a zombie..what happened that made him this way...when mehek teases him...he told her that he is just done with it now...his outburst when mauli breakdown after mishti being rude to her...it all relates to it...we need to know how kunan marriage was in that 4 yrs
