if Mauli feels something for Pari or bonds with her then i dont think it will be because of Nandinis emotional blackmailing ..it will be her own decision and a step she will take based on her own emotions

pari-mauli bonding is not through nandini...she is emotionally attached with pari and its her decision n love for the little girl...whenever mishti tells her not to meet pari...her face changes...the bond b/w them is created by the heart...not nandini...
