Whenever my niece refuses to take the medicine, we scare her that doctor will come with injection, here Mishti and Pari love Kunal because he's "Oh so handsome"
Mishti wanted Mauli to meet the doctor because he's handsome. They are like shinchan ki sisters Himawari, she used to take injections from handsome doctors.
Do kids really care about how handsome their doctor is?
Past 6 years what was Mishti doing?
I hv totally given up now... the show is jus abt whitewashing...
What they are doing with kunal is the definition of whitewashing, and they're trying to make him seem like some super man. I would have preferred it and found it more believable if they showed kunal trying to single handedly juggle work with raising a daughter alone and pari being the understanding daughter and appreciating her father's efforts even when he messed up as she can see him struggling, but here they are showing him being the super father who is effortlessly juggling all these responsibilities and taking out time to spend with his daughter without any problems or struggle despite doing everything alone, yet show mauli struggling to spend time with her daughter and juggle her career despite having three adults to support and help her and her daughter complaining about it. Why? Why always use the career angle to make mauli seem less of a responsible person compared to anybody else?
Kunal's portrayal post-leap is completely unbelievable and is evident whitewashing, because they are trying to show despite him having no family or help he is juggling all responsibility without any problem, yet mauli is still struggling with her daughter despite a family support, essentially trying to show that despite everything kunal has done he is still a more capable and good parent than mauli. What shit is this? They want us to feel in awe of kunal and feel sorry for everything he himself chose to put himself through.Kinshuk is totally being wasted here too as all the cv's are doing is trying to give kunal's character a clean slate with the post-leap track so that audience think kunal is a good father and responsible person so it is justified and better if mauli gets back together with him for the sake of the daughter they share, instead of moving forward in life with a new partner in ishaan, all just by showing kunal to be a super dad. The cv's have not fooled me with this kunal-super-daddy trick, and clearly from the look of this forum others haven't been fooled either and we all still feel ishaan is the better life partner and father figure for mauli and her daughter mishti.

I don't think that is the case here. I am watching the same show and i can see that he is juggling his work and same time trying to raise his daughter. The very first scene was an indication of that where he was busy in a conference and was late to pick Pari up. Also Pari has said things like "Handsome kaam pe gaye toh gaye" she also says "Papa main dar gayi thi jab aap mujhe lene nahi aaye".Yes Pari is understanding probably because like someone pointed out in some post, he is all in one for her. So she has learned to deal and settle with the situation.Another thing is this misconception that Mouli is being shown as a bad mom, she isn't. Many already pointed that that was also a realistic situation showed. Lets not forget that Mishti has many people around her and got a lot of love, so sometimes kids in such situation can get a bit apprehensive if not got attention. But immediately after that she told Radhika that how Mouli is a super mom taking care of all and she was feeling sorry for what she said to her mom. So even Mishti has been shown to be an understanding girl.Kunal couldn't be a good husband to Mouli but he can be a good father to Pari or good in other things. These things aren't mutual to each other. It doesn't becomes un-realistic if its shown like that either. Also the last point. Ishan has been shown as a sensible person, many occasions where Mouli gets apprehensive, he understands and calms her down. So where his character has been wasted or being side-lined if that's what you want to say is happening. I don't get.For me, for the first time in the show, the creatives are finally paying attention to all the characters and making more sense. Had they followed such sensibilities pre-leap with with the execution of tracks, the story would have not been spoiled this much and the show would have been doing much better.
