It's very obvious how CVS want to create the Mauli-Nandini situation with Mishti-Pari. Pari is shown as a perfect daughter, a ghar ki laxmi, understanding of everyone, a bechaari who grew up without a mother, which are the characteristics of a mahaan female lead in most ITV shows. Mishti is immature and vain, just like the villainous sister in those sister-stories (Swaragini, Uttaran, Kasamh Se, etc.) where both sisters fall in love with the same person. Since this is what they plan on showing, just do it and get it over with. It would be much better than having these kids mouth adult dialogues and characteristics, which is happening right now. Just make Pari the lead and make Mishti the villain after they grow up, don't instill those characteristics in such small kids; it's disgusting to watch 🤢

what made you think mishti is being potrayed as a villian huh she was just asking for her mumma s attention what is so wrong in that for heaven sake she is just 5 just 5 cut her some slack you cannot expecther understand everything plus that scene meant nothing apart from the fact that it highlighted some of nthe struggles that every parent goes through no matter if they are single parent or not
plus the scene was not dragged at all mishti quickly realized her mistake and even praised her mumma for taking care of everything that portrays her understanding nature right??? mishti s intro scenes highlights her helping nature how can an understanding helping girl be villian i fail to understand this

plus its not like pari doesnt has any complains even she confessed of being sacred when kunal failed to show up at the camp she complains about her incomplete family she craves for a mothers love

moreover i dont get this cvs showing kunal as perfect parent part either because just two episodes earlier he was shown to be careless parent who failed to be there for pari while mauli was present for mishti at the camp that shows that she is good mother right???

i dont think we should read so much in between the lines and draw conclusion so early when only 5 episodes of the pre-leap story has been aired the story has just started wait and watch i find cvs perfectly balanced at this point where they highlighting both mauli and kunal s strength and shortcomings as parents at the same time buliding up ishaan s character along with mauhaan, mishti-ishaan, mishti-pari s relation

I was thinking on the same lines. How predictable! Both fall in love with the same person and one would sacrifice for the other or turn negative .! 🥱

They are showing how Pari is so understanding of her father with dialogues at the camp. She was like my papa would have a heart attack without me, he loves me so much, etc. etc. Mishti on the other hand is shown not understanding of Mauli's situation and a bratty child. She doesn't understand her mom has to work. I know enough about ITV trends to see how CVS are compiling these scenes to contrast between the two characters. Mishti wanting her mom's attention is fine but here, it is shown as a contrast to the perfect, understanding nature of Pari. Such scenes and messages portrayed through five-year olds is utterly disgusting to watch.

Well I would like go with flow and not apply itv logic when it comes to sisla for two reasons -

Firstly because CVS did tried to justify kundini s divine relationship but still never butchered mauli s character so they might try to glorify pari but will butcher mishti

And secondly because just few weeks earlier people were hopless about mauli s story but just in a week the story took a drastic turn nadini s character was killed and ishaan was introduced as mauli s love interest so yes the story of silsla is unpredictable

Actually, none of my predictions about this show so far has been incorrect. If they show a second generation, mark my words, this will be the exact track shown. Silsila is no different than other ITV shows, it's just as formulaic.

They killed off Nandini to please audience but are still showing Kundini as divine. This leap was brought as a lollipop for the audience so that if the audience complained about the show, they will say we are showing what you wanted. In reality, they are still demeaning Mauli and anything related to Mauli while showing all of Kunal's/Kundini's relations as divine.

I agree
So gross!! Let kids be kids , you're telling me that Mishti who has a single mother doesn't know her mom has to work? That her job demands her time? She has been raised by her for 5 years .. she definitely knows this was all to show us how bratty she is and how divine child is understanding etc
