No idea about this show you are talking about but yes seen a lot of people in this forum comparing these two shows. I don't even know if calling Kunal a male lead is ok!! Sometimes it makes me feel the real male lead of Silsila is yet to make an entry!! 😆

I feel the writers have messed up.

They showed a happy marital life for Kunal and mauli .

So why did Kunal fall in love with nandini?

Is he a flirt? They have not shown that also.

The affair btw nandini and Kunal has no explanation.

Kunal comes across as a guy who will cheat on his wife esp when the wife is pregnant and unavailable.

If Kunal had an affair then obliviousy the marriage had flaws.

Kunal is an unstable person emotionally who will keep changing partners all his life.

Reminds me of Marathi serial Tuzya navrayachi Bayako.

In that serial the other woman sanaya was the best part of the serial.

Wish they had shown dhrishti as a typical other woman .

Watching this serial for dhrishti so enjoy Kunan scenes.

Deep naam tho suna hi hoga. I still maintain that Deep from IMMJ is the worst. Irony is tat once upon a time I used 2 watch IMMJ only 4 this character & Arjun's portrayal of Deep. But then they started the Majboori love waala track & the CVs flushed the show down the toilet. Before tat it used 2 come consistently in the top 10 trp shows 🥱

Kunal is a 12 year old hormonal half-wit stuck in a man's body. Sometimes I'm surprised to think that men like him are finished with puberty, when their actions suggest otherwise. 🤪

And ironically Deep was the one advising Kunal on loyalty and faithfulness 🤢 I wonder what these Colors people smoke sometimes.

This could've been such an interesting complex story even with the rushed affair, but these writers can't handle a good story. Kunal loves Nandini (to me it's mainly in his head but okay I will accept it) but to him what he felt for Mauli was also love, it was genuine in his opinion. He was hurt when Mauli was destroying their memories and calling their love fake because to him it was true. I don't know how many of you ever had the chance to fall out of love with someone who meant the world to you once, personally once my relationship with my ex was over I didn't care what he thought about our history. Kunal still cares. And the thing with his love is even if romantically he feels absolutely nothing for Mauli he obviously still loves her. A familial love still has to exist. So it is weird to me that in recent episodes Kunal has cared so little about her. Like holy shit how is that normal? How do you go from this woman being so precious to you to not even showing her a little respect. His character is all over the place. When she tears their memories, he is upset. When she files for divorce he seems upset. When she tells him to use the guest bedroom he seems upset. He is bothered whenever Mauli does something to cut the husband wife tie with him but he is okay with carrying on a full romance with his mistress.

kunal is spineless lusty man agar aisa na hota to mauli ke hote huye kabhi nandini ke pyaar me nehi padta.. kyu ki koi reason hi nehi hai.. he is a vile person who behave like righteous.. uska character me prblm to hai but himmat nehi hai haar ladki ke upar lust karne ka baas easy bakra nandini samne mila jo ki uske jaise hi hai to pakad liya.. samne se bhola bhala saaf sutra admi dikhate hai but piche se loose character hi hai jo biwi ke dost ko dance karte dekh apne ap ko sambhal nehi pata..

Shakti has failed here imo. I think he is trying hard to mold RV(his prev show) in this Kunal as well.

But poor guy. This whole kunal character is so weak that i doubt even any vet actor would have made myuch difference

Altho him not being able to deliver the best also doesnt help this situation
