There is a line in between cheap dressing (here I am talking about only blouse) and modern dressing. If I say about her blouses than I never found it nice in style/pattern because there is nothing in her blouse style apart from completely exposing back unlike her sarees. At last she is coming from a very cheap environment and even after living with civilized people like mauli/dida/mumma for few months still she is Mrs rajdeep thakur in dressing.

This character is beauty without brain who is not having anything on her own . I feel strange when people find her strong person. I mean that woman had accepted to become slave of her husband for seven long years just because there was no one to support her. Strong woman aisi nai hoti wo to khud he apna biggest support ban ne ka jazba rakhti hai. Bina mauli ke to Aj bhi wo rajdeep ki slave he hoti ... kahe ki strong woman

So wearing a backless blouse is also sin now👏

The thread is about Kunal's requirements, I think it's makers fault that they highlighted cooking, dressing sense and submissive nature to show difference between two women

Everyone here is discussing what they are watching on the show, it's not in the air -

Cooking - First thing kunal asked Nandini to do for him after the proposal is make Kheer, is it wrong to make Kheer? No, but they are presenting that Kunal wants a wife who's an excellent cook

Saree - Nandini wears Sarees and for Mauli Saree is a hindrance in her job, which is fair because it's their life and they can do all they want but they show that Nandini a traditional woman will always wear Sarees, she was ashamed when people saw her wearing a dress and it was a pretty nice dress, I don't see why would anyone feel ashamed of wearing it, then I realized it's just her character who's your typical Indian woman, and they have shown Mauli as someone who doesn't like wearing Sarees, so I think it was just a way of makers to show that how different these women are, I am not trying to degrade anyone but India is not like that anymore, we love Sarees but it's not like we don't wear anything else, it's maker's fault that they have taken clothes as tools for differentiation.

Decked up 24/7 - Again one more pathetic way to show difference between two women and that scene where Nandini asked Mauli to wear bangles because a married woman should not leave her arms empty, did you see how Kunal asked Nandini to wear red for him and look at herself in the mirror because apparently looking at beauty of women make people happy and his wife isn't making him happy because she isn't beautiful?

Submissive nature - Do you realize that kunal and Nandini have absolutely no story apart from Kunal saving her from one thing or another? It's always about Kunal saved Nandini till she fell in love with him.

s**t shaming is wrong, no doubt but makers have handled this matter in such a pathetic way, women can be different in so many things but what they chose to make an impact are their clothes, so the show is not about two women, it's about one woman getting preference or let's say a man (who's superior to us) choosing one woman over other and what are the differences between these women? Nothing emotional, nothing intellectual, it's all about their clothes and their beauty and its totally maker's fault that people are discussing what they are being served

Makers have literally not build up anything to start this whole thing. It was so rushed and neither have they cared to explain why has Kunal fallen for her. He just blamed this whole thing on God. So, audience is not left with much to imagine on why would Kunal for Nandini. She was still under-developed character who was on her way to build herself. Atleast Nandini's side of falling for Kunal is much evident, it has been from Day 1.

The behavior shows the stereotypical way to differentiate these 2 women when both women have their own worth & own journey to cover.

Makers just rushed into this and showed the typical way to somehow explain Kunal's sudden development of feelings.

IKR
The falling in love part should have been better than watching a woman in rain or giving the steering wheel of your life to a baba, Nandini changed from 0 to 1000, where is the writing?

I would like to explain that I am not commenting on Nandini, my comment is on Kunal, the post is not about Nandini its about Kunal

Really how difficult it is for people to understand the post was a SATIRE ON KUNAL'S REQUIREMENTS where I mentioned the qualities of both Nandini and Mauli which attracted him since he shows no inclination to leave either of the ladies???

When there was no EMA and nandini was leading a life they bashed even without seeing based on the lame logic of what may or may not happen in the future. They had problem with everything that nandini does. Now, when nothing is left out , chalo lets bash her looks .. The fact is people here can't handle that she looks so very gorgeous and her looks have gained attention every where. Feminism ke addh mein shit shaming bhi kiya just for a freaking fictional show.Aise logone real feminists ka naam kharab kardiya hei🤢

Real feminists stay indifferent to looks of any woman or man. Why would anyone be jealous of her gorgeousness anyway? Isn't every men & women gorgeous in their own way as per the feminist theory?

Sorry, but I am studying philosophy, so couldn't help bringing it here.

So you do admit that all the women here who are bashing nandini for her looks and backless blouses under the garb of supporting Mouli are not real feminists . They are just removing their inner frustration under the garb of supporting Mouli by s**t shaming Nnadini right?

NO, I don't support anyone commenting on clothes. And I have corrected them wherever I could.

But it's clear that this post is a satire. Has sarcasm lost it's way? Besides, makers have made no effort to show a concrete base for Kunal falling for Nandini. Till now, it has been more about physical attraction.
