it's extremely simple.

You have fallen in love. Let's assume true love.
Go to your respective spouses and state what is in your mind.
Come out clean and try to tell them with as much sensitivity as possible.
If you are 30 year old adults let's say you know how to handle things as such...For the sake of the times spent together, vouches, promises at least your spouse deserves the truth.

The more one would hide The more it would entangle and hurt. Later it would become like a restraint on the neck.

Protocol shall be taking things as gracefully as it can, without having the need to absorb the attribute of being calling as a cheater. That is at their hands. Stop the unfair unethical hide and seek and divulge!!
