Sarla is taken to the hospital. Saroj's father decides to go to the hospital to know the killer's name. Madhan too joins him. In the hospital someone steals the coat of a doctor, enters sarla's room n cuts her oxygen line. Saroj's father comes to the hospital and sees sarla fighting to breathe. He puts back the pipe and saves her. The inspector thanx saroj's father and tells sarla is ready to go to court.
Sarla comes to court and tells that though she didn't kill amrit she was trying to save the killer who is present in that very court right then. Sarla points the finger to the audience and it gets revealed that its none other than her husband awasthi. He tries to flee but police stops him. Sarla tells the court that awasthi found out about her and amrit's affair. On the night of the killing he came to the room where amrit and sarla were and on anger got the chaakoo out n was trying to kill sarla. By mistake amrit got stabbed. Awasthi gets worried as he wasn't intending to kill amrit. Sarla while trying to leave was stopped by amrit and in the struggle the anklet fell. Awasthi tells the court that yes he killed amrit but all because of his wife's infidelity. Saroj tells the court that she wants to say something.

Saroj tells the court the amrit felt bad for what ever he did to her and had asked her forgiveness before he died. They showed a flash of saroj going to amrit's room and amrit saying sorry to her. Saroj tells the court that had he lived she would have forgiven him. The court gives the verdict - Saroj is innocent and is free of any wrongdoing.

The court gives the order to start the official proceedings on awasthi and sentences sarla 6 yrs in jail. Saroj and her family hugs each other and someone in the court is heard saying saroj is now a widow. Everyone gets shocked hearing this and the epi ends there.
Precap: Amrit's mother says now that her son is dead she doesnt want Saroj to come to her house. Amrit's brother tells why not the court has said she is innocent but his mother says that in her adaalat saroj is still a criminal.
