Episode begins with Kaushalya taunting Vinod for his jobless status. She says Amrit can look after all household expenses. Madan feels weird to hear such taunts from a mother. Amrit enters and greets everyone half heartedly. Shikha invites everyone to join for snacks. Meenu gets a photograph and tells Saroj to show it to Amrit and tease him.
Saroj goes up while everyone else get inside the hall room. Saroj shows the snap to Amrit but he slaps her in return. Meenu gets shocked to see this incident and she runs away. Saroj comes down and sees everyone leaving. She asks them to wait and have lunch. Madan says Meenu is forcing them to go back to home. He adds earlier she was excited to meet Saroj but now she's missing agra. Vinod asks why Amrit didnt came down. Saroj makes an excuse that he's not well. Vinod says take Madan with her to the bedroom and let Madan and Amrit meet up. Kaushalya says no to Vinod's idea. Madan assures that he'll come later and stay with them for one or two days.
Vinod asks why Meenu is standing alone at the corner. Meenu drags Saroj to the kitchen *alone* and apologizes as she felt Amrit slapped her due to her immaturity. Saroj hugs her and makes her understand that nothing is wrong. Meenu promises that she wont tell anything about this incident to anyone.
Vinod brings auto for them and they leave. Amrit comes down and tells about his jobless status to everyone. He lies that he is thrown out cuz Mr.Sodi doesnt like him anymore. He says Sodi had accused him for his loss. Vinod and Saroj argue over this sudden change. He escapes out saying he is not aware of anything. Vinod yells at his mother saying Amrit has surely done something big.
Her mother taunts him to earn something before raising his voice against Amrit. He leaves. Saroj remained puzzled.
Precap : Meenu discloses about the slap incident. The whole family gets shocked to hear about Amrit's true colors.
