Yesterday Rudrabhadra's entry was shown in the show,he is an imp. part of the show, but I didn't like what he doed in the name of Godess Tripursundari. He is a -ve character, but it hurts to see devdasi connection, shown with her temple. This show is major fiction & part history based, backdrop is the event of Somnath temple, but somewhere connection to the show gets lost with such events. Well this is clearly my pov.

In yesterday's epi they've shown, mahamantri(not very sure about his post) comes to meet Dadda Chalukya, he tells him that Rudrabhadra, played by Sadashiv Amrapurkar, has come to the border of their rajya to select devdasis, in the precap a father is shown telling Rudrabhadra, to return his daughter & RB's people are shown beating that man.

Hairani sirf yahi hai ke, in today's time, I am not able to digest this, the kids Shobhna & Bhimdev are adorable, love to watch them, but Rudrabhadra's track... I quit.

ok, i understand dat. but dear, it's a real fact & u cant ignore it. u know, i once read abt in d newspaper ( i think in d last yr itself ) abt a very old lady who claimed herself to b d last " devdasi " alive in d country !! so just imagine how long dis practice continued in our society...most possibly till d early 90's. dis things r indeed disturbing but u cant just ignore it !!

Yes agreed, even in some temples human were also sacrificed, all that existed in olden days, but my problem is I like Godess TS & can't accept all these shown associated with her temple, black mmagic practice associated with her is shown, is hurting, that's reason, every one can have their pov, but I guess, different sensetive topics will keep on coming in this show.

i like the devdasi connection..in this way they are focusing on the infamous practice of devdasi pratha...and this way they are making this periodical fiction convincing enough...
