I can't help but feel the writers changed from the riot track. I'm not complaining about the show. It's much much better than any other ITV show but the scenes and dialogues till the valentine's sequence were so nuanced. Everything was deliberate, had a meaning and it fit into the bigger picture.

But after that, it's as if we abruptly jumped few months ahead in ShaKhi's lives. Scenes are losing their contexts, their meaning. While I've always given the benefit of the doubt, u can't help but notice how few scenes have little to no relevance.

But overall, I would still commend the team how they've managed to sustain the freshness of the concept. By far, the only watchable show on ITV tbh. I'm very proud of the whole team, kudos to them!

I agree. I think till the Valentine's epi it was a little be slow paced and now the story has picked up pace. But I really for once appreciate the fast pace in a love story because usually the realisation is so drawn out and slow that I kinda lose interest after a point with the similar ITV tropes. So, I like that they are keeping it fast paced but at the same time intense. Esp when there is so much conflict in the love story.

I hope I didn't sound too defensive 🙈🙈

Agree. While I don't mind the fast pace, I do miss the nuanced storytelling and the plot buildup. I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt but when they start getting inconsistent with the lead characters, that's when I'll complain.
