Was she a vamp in the original?

Even i dont want her to be a vamp because she understood it well that Shaurya did not love her that time and hence gave that shraap ki he'll fall in true love with some other woman etc. Etc.

I am sorry , I did not understand the hint.. Was it because she did not agree to her being extremely negative that we think she could be grey/ cupid?

Even if Shagun is back, I'm sure Devi would have fed her crap about Shaurya loving her or missing her or something like that. We all know how good Devi is at emotional manipulation. I'm just hoping that Shagun maintains her self-respect once she realises that Shaurya doesn't love her but rather loves another and moves gracefully out of the way. It's a long way to go for itv to show us something like this but one can hope! I don't know why the changed the actress though. The previous one had this sauve, polished charm about her. Don't know who has replaced her though.
