its rajat of course. just look at Neel & then look at Rajat. U will find that Rajat's Face is glowing.

Secondly, in the 3rd pic if u look carefully, Dev is giving a 'DEVAR'LY to touch to Neel whereas Rajat 's expression clearly shows he is standing with his wife-to-be
