I read it in an article...Thought to share it with u:
The story begin about millions of years ago when Shiva, firstly came out from his samadhi . At that time he felt to create something new . Thus he begain the process of chanting special mantras and finally came out energy pot ( Urja pind ) . This energy took the dimensions of universe and after than form SIR-SAGAR ( Anant Nirankar ) . After further chanting and Samadhi of Lord Shiva one new energy pot came out from Sir-Sagar and took the form of Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu then slept for about 36,000 Dev-years ( Vishnu - Saal ) .
After 36000 Vishnu year Lord Shiva invoked Lord Vishnu . He transferred the Vedic knowledge and Samadhi Gyan ( Eternal Knowledge ) to Lord Vishnu .
With the help of Lord Vishnu , Lord Shiva initiated the Wheel of Time ( Samay - Chakra ) . Some vedic experts says that Lord Shiva in his own, can't initiate the wheel of time . Thus he invoked Lord Vishnu because he is Guardian of Satto - Gun .
After the initiation of Time - wheel lord Vishnu transformed himself into 3 identities , namely -
- Maha Vishnu
- Garbhodakay Vishnu
- Ksirodakay Vishnu
Each form has a different role in the maintenance of the Universe and its inhabitants.
From the body of Maha Vishnu came the multiple universe . He creates the total material energy, known as the mahat-tattva.
Garbhodakay Vishnu enter in every universe and initiate the process of Life .
Ksirodakay Vishnu ( Paramatma ) then enter in every basic particle of universe eg electron , proton , neutron etc . You may call God particle as personification of Ksirodakasayi Vishnu in every matter . You can also say that Ksirodakasayi Vishnu diffused as the all-pervading super soul in all the universes; in the heart of every living being, is known as Paramtm. He is present even within the atoms. The real objective of meditation in Yoga is attaining a state of Paramtm. Anyone who realises them can be liberated from material entanglement.
From Vishnu then came Brahma .
We originated from them and they resides in us in form of paramatma and soul...
