Literally a stubborn divine planet he is.👏

That's how he is portrayed in this show or acc to the writer's interpretation. Being a rebel against social taboos is a good thing. In those days going against father was "adharma" , but Shani broke this rule and set an example that the mother also deserves equal rights as that of the father irrespective of she being just a shadow(servant) or a devi. That's the real meaning. Dunno how the writer thinks or audience perceive it. Phew...
