well< i have a feeling he might get toned down as the serial moves ahead.
But from what I have read a little about Shani, it was sandhya who did not like her dark child and infact surya dev loved him.
Have to wait and see who gives shani the Limp.
But coming to the star of the serial.
He was simply amazing yesterday.
God just love those eyes.

It was Sandhya, and that too because Surya Deva fell in love with Chhaya as well.
We always say Chayya Suvarchala (Sandhya) Sametha SuryaNarayana Swamine Namah!
Surya Deva is like a prep for Sandhya (well, Sangya) and her return. She will get angry. I have a feeling by then Yama and Yami would have accepted Shani.
But Karthikeya's eyes are perfect as Shani 👏👏

In the show it is Sangya. Originally, it is Sandhya, and Suvarchala was renamed Sandhya as she became dusky in the presence of Surya Deva. Suvarchala is Usha Devi. She rides with him in the morning, and Chaya leaves with him in the evening. It's like the Shri-Bhu comparison, though Shri and Bhu are equal and are not shadows of each other.

This is a good information. I have to admit I know neither of these. Glad to know we have a forum to get more information.

I love mythology, and I read up a lot about it as well :)

That's only because there are people who know some of the stories. Research is needed though, especially when we are trying to write on Lord Shani.
