Saumya begging of Preeto/Harak Singh to be allowed to

stay in their home even as servant...Saumya at the moment

is at her lowest point...bas...enough...now its time to lift

her...one step at a time...not to be cold/hardhearted because

I completly agree with your points anita of making soumya strong and fighting for herself when nimmi left her, but I differ on a few. Somewhere I feel that soumya may be feeling that she doesn't have the right to claim on harman's love cos she is a kinnar and the examples of her being sad on that part were being shown in the previous epis which you must have seen for sure. Secondly, she might think that just becos for her sake harman might leave his parents house and who knows will return till they don't accept and agree to let her live in their house along with harman, this might be big blow to his parents who have loved their only son to its fullest and can go to any heights just for his happieness. Also they have waited a really long time for harman's return to their house and live a normal life after all those dramas.
So to stop harman from making a emotional decision, she is requesting or more in the sense "begging" infront of them. The strongest reason is that she loves harman to the core and can't let him live without his parents and she is not selfish enough to drag harman in all this and make his life hell cos of her. She clearly knows that harman loves his family alot and have done so many things for her, so its her turn to make things right now. And for this she must have taken this step. But I have full faith on harman and I know that he will not let soumya stay in his house like a servant. Waiting for his reaction on this whole thing.

I agree with you Siya,
Saumya is strong person, look at way she fought in Kinner house by herself, she tried to escape so many times, she defied Saya & even Guruma too. Even first time she was taken to dance on wedding She tried in best way to return that child, she has strong personality. She has innocent nature but can be very strong, she even saved her Harmanji from burning, that characteristics r very strong
Even becoming maid is not weak at all. It means she is very strong to take any risk, a weak person cannot do all this. She cried bec she has soft heart. She was shocked to see her mom lying whom she never expected to go away from her life. After Harman made her realise the truth she even thought of asking Harman to do funeral, a weak person can't even think of all this

What do mean by making her strong?? Remember since the time she has been married and out of her mother protection it's only almost one or one & half month. It's us viewers that think it's long time.
Within this few weeks she had gone thru many hurdles, she even tried to escape goons by jumping over balcony. She could have left with Harman but she for Harman she is ready to take any hard labour that doesn't mean she is weak, it means she has very strong willpower. When she sees Preeto & Harakh like this, she becomes fearful mostly bc she feels guilty of everything & her situation.
When she asked to live there as servant, knowing she will face lots of difficulties, but she still was ready to face that just not make Harman seperate from his parents. It means she is that strong not weak. She could Hv left with Harman and face nothing in return but she is considerate & kind & understanding.

@maryammary... Thanks for understanding my pov. You are right that here soumya is not at all weak. Her actions of begging infront of preeto and requesting her to let her live in the house may sometimes gives a depiction of being weak and we as viewers might get misleaded from the same that soumya is subjected to tortures by preeto and family, but standing against those tortures aren't signs of a weak person. I have already mentioned in my post that soumya isn't a heartless girl who just for the sake of her happiness and security stakes harman's life. At this point she feels that she is indebted to harman for the support he had provided her despite of the negative circumstances and against his family's wishes, so she thinks that its the right time to repay his deeds by making him stay close to his family and for this she can undertake every torture of preeto.
