Second Soumya's mother kept her isolated for her whole childhood. She was not send to school or outside of her house. She only knew what her mother told her. So there was no source of knowledge for her to find out about human body system. She found out that she's not a girl and a kinnar from another kinnar itself.

Thank you @Saraa. One more question if you don't mind...to put it simply ONLY problem is that she can not have a child, am I right ?? Other than that she is a normal girl with normal private parts of a girl, right ??
