This show is totally mysterious
I believe they didn't have a child then they went to the trasgender's place ,prayed and got a child,then now they must give back the child to them coz ,the child has been a symbol of the god of those transgenders and born with thy glory

Also some one in yesterday episode pointed nimmi might be pregnant before marriage itself onw won't point thay unless child is born with inone year after the marriage. So them being childless and going for blessings is a moot point. If it goes in that way then may be there.might be pregnancy complications
