Haven't our Cvs heard of it or do they think that the viewer haven't heard of it?

Why does Preeto need to take a loan which she will need to repay? Can someone explain? It is beyond my limited understanding.

I wish they had shown Baani taking the initiative of an educational loan. There are so many youngsters in rural and semi-urban areas who are unable to reach out to their dreams due to money issues. Unke paas koi Preeto nahin hai par bank loan toh sabke liye accessible hai. Is show ke medium se un youngsters ka hosla badhta to reach out to their dreams.
