All i can say is probably RK proposes to Damyanti again, this time holding her hand. But then again Damyanti kills him soon after so that cant happen. Ohh this is all so confusing.
Or maybe in the recap the voiceover got it wrong by saying RK fell in love with Damyanti at first sight and RK had already proposed to her once before and this time decided to give his heart, literally. That is the only plausible explanation.
And that would also explain why Damyanti told Veer that everything that was happening was because of her.
