Today's episode created so much awareness about state of Police.
It started with brutality what police does on public.
But later what they showed was shocking. They showed how police live life especially
the constables.
1) they work 24/7
2) they don't have enough funds to carry out duties. sometimes they give from their own pocket.
3) sometimes they are made to work in their seniors homes doing the domestic chores 😡
4) they don't have basic facilities
5) no motivation factor - very less salaries
6) always dance on the tunes of politicians and higher rank officials
I salute Satyameva Jayate team for revealing the state of Police.
We always blame police now we can understand what are the reasons for it.
I wish all states of India implement the good changes that connects police with public. This would bring a big change in our system
I also feel the salaries of the Police needs to be increased and all basic facilities like quarters, medical facilities should be given so that they can perform better. When we people expect some motivation in our Work,
Studies, service why can't they expect motivation. So please bring this change and change the system for better.
