Satrangi Sasural 12th February 2015 Written Update

Vihaan sees Girish and his father outside his home. He tells them to go away but the father wants Vihaan to convince his mothers. Vihaan puts forth a condition. He says from now on he'll handle everything himself and both of them need to stay away. The father-son duo agree.

Narmada is planning a birthday for the members of the old age home. At the same place, Arushi is also helping in the celebrations. Narmada is pleased with Arushi. The woman who's birthday is being celebrated (Kusum) is excited to see her son. However, that moment is short-lived when he reveals that he's going to America and came here only to take her signature in order to sell the house. The poor lady just signs it and Arushi is furious. She slaps the guy and reprimands him for his deeds. All this is watched by Narmada. The guy comes back and apologizes to his mother. Narmada is very happy and hugs Arushi. At home she informs everyone.

The mothers start arguing among themselves that Vihaan should marry the girl of their choice. Vihaan is enjoying himself. Slowly they realise that Vihaan will be meeting the one and only- Arushi. They're surprised and Vihaan also agrees to meet her. Vihaan asks what if he doesn't like the girl. The mothers decide to interview Arushi and then proceed. Hearing this, Vihaan is worried.

Arushi's father is waiting eagerly for Arushi to marry Vihaan. At Vihaan's home, Arushi is sitting in the middle of the room facing Vihaan and all the mothers. Chachi Maa asks what would she cook if Vihaan is hungry. Arushi confesses that she cannot cook. She says that except for noodles, she doesn't know anything but promises that she will never keep him hungry. Mothers are impressed and so is Vihaan. Mini maa asks what if she gains weight after marriage. Arushi gives a good answer. Next is Bua maa who questions Arushi if she'll run to her maternal home when there is any problem in the sasural. Arushi says it really doesn't matter if she scolds her or not. Arushi tells Bua maa is a soft hearted person and says whatever is in her mind. Even if she chides her it would be out of love since she has a right to do so. Dai maa tells Arushi to come to her if she's hurt by Bua maa's words. Arushi says she knows she won't be crying at all in this house. Maasi maa asks Arushi if she'd work after marriage. Arushi says she wants to be independent and asks them if she's allowed to work.

Dai maa asks why she wants to work and how will she take care of the house. Maasi maa says so far there hasn't been any problem and Arushi says she will be able to manage both the things. Narmada asks Arushi what if she keeps Vihaan away from them. Arushi promises that she wouldn't let that happen. Suddenly the interview is interrupted by Daadi and all are stunned.
