Satrangi a remake of a Marathi show

Were you guys aware of that? The marathi show is called "Honar sun mi ya ghar chi" which means "I will become the daughter-in-law of this house". It's a wonderfully made show and this show is an almost exact copy of it. The only difference is, the hero has 5 "mothers" instead of 7 and the heroine's stepmother is the vamp. Her step brother and dad are the nicest people. Heck, even the background of the Maasi, Bua, the hero's dad and other characters are copied.

Yes, it has been mentioned in almost every single article and interview about Satrangi Sasural that it is a remake of the Marathi show 😆 That is one of the few reasons I felt hopeful about it not being another insufferable saas-bahu drama :)😆

Same serial is at present telecasting in Zeetv kannada channel called

Srirasthu Subhamasthu It is very good serial with crisp dialogues and

well directed by lady director.
