He is currently working in COLORS TV's show Sasural Simar Ka as Prem Bharadwaj.

He made his television debut with Maat pitaah ke charnon mein swarg as Ansh on Colors Tv. Aftr that he had done the shows like Behenein, Mrs.Tendulkar, Zindagi Kahe-Smile please and Kuch toh log kahenge nd he entered as the replaced actor on the show Sasural Simar Ka playing as the lead role Prem Bharadwaj.

Dheeraj dhoopar won the hearts of many people by his awesome acting nd amazing performance as Prem Bharadwaj...He just done a fabulous job nd done complete judgement 2 his character prem nd recognized as the "prem" of Indian television!!!

Dheeraj entered tv industry with commercial ads...he had done almost 80+ commercial ads along with some popular bollywood actress like vidyabalan, madhuri dixit nd soha ali khan etc.

In a bid 2 express his happiness he got "loved" tattoo on his arm.
