While ordering online we need to select some default design like micky or spiderman or cindrella etc..
After that we need to talk to customer service girl sending the photo through mail mentioning our order number..
Till Saturday 3 no confirmation on Avika availability.
I was completely tensed..
Cake shop girl is telling to place order otherwise she will go then she cant change the photo then we can get micky mouse in the cake 😆
Finally good news received from IF girl that Avika confirmed her availability.
Then I tried to place order online..
I finish placing order when i was trying to make payment when i click payment it opens another website where i cant find any payment selection.
I talked to that site guy that where i need to make payment.
He told me to talk to cake shop.
The cake shop girl was telling we dont know as it is therir gateway which we use so talk to them..
1 hour gone i was placing order again & again trying again and again for abut 20 times.
Only order getting placed again & again but payment is not getting processed.
I finally called the customer service in cake shop again and told i am unable to make the payment and i cant miss this order to be placed now.
THen she tried for me and said on click payment option it is opening the bank site instead of what i was getting.
She told me to try later.
I was worried.
What happens if i cant place order before customer service go..
We will get Micky mouse instead of ROSID Picture in cake.. 😕
Finally light brighten..
I tried the order in my mobile & it was through and finally i found the site was blocked in my stupid computer for past 1 hour...
I placed the order fully in my mobile and finally talk to customer care in end moment & told her to change the picture as per sent through email.
SHe confirmed.
Still till we get the footage i was worried to get a micky mouse...
Thank god! we got ROSID
