simar is looking so sick that she isnt even be able to stand or sit

i think its bcz of atma staying in her body

if this atma stays few more days in her body her health might get worse leading her to death

i dont know y tat atma isnt seeing this tat simar health is getting worse even if she doesnt care abt simar what will she do if simar dies coz she cant have tat body then

ur r8!! may be becoz of this cvs had decided 2 make atma 2 enter in roli body 2 gv simar body rest for some tm...

just kidding!!! but i really dont know whether these things happen in real life
