i have read that surbi asks Prem to promise her that he will never meet simar again😡

there sunaina atma is nt letting simar to tell truth to prem😡

it means surbi is turning -ve hateee surbi nd sunaina

im doubtful that these cvs want to seperate PreMar completely😲😲
