Pari's pregnancy

Are we trying to say that Pari wouldnt have noticed that she skipped her period? Vomiting happens usually in the third month, and a mom would know from her physical body changes (softening of breasts), and a strange feeling in the tummy. Wouldnt she have discused with her husband? Come on Colors, India has moved on!! There are thousand of strips available today to confirm pregnancy. We did it when my girl friend was pregnant with our baby.

The scene showed Pari saying "Na baba, mujhe responsibility nahi chaahiye", and here she is, pregnant. This shows that they have been having sex without protection(contraceptives). What does this portray about a couple of modern India?
