dadi and mataji were close friends 20 yrs ago...shakti is dadi's son, who tried to rape sujata (sid's mum) but mataji saved sujata and hit shakti on the head...he died.

Jhanvi is dadi's grand daughter and prems real sister- thats why prem is supporting her. Prem was adopted by sujata because prems mum (dadi's bahu) killed herself and mataji couldn't find where dadi went.

dadi was in hospital for mental treatment for the last 20 yrs..jhanvi in hostel.

Sid isn't anti...he is doing the right thing, because jhanvi was the one who tortured roli and is now taking prem away from bharadwaj family.

daduji is mataji's late husband and NO sujata isn't at fault.
