Rublwa....you made a boo boo of yourself😛..................we do get name for landline numbers...........as when anyone calls me on my mobile from our landline i get word HOME flashing on my mobile..........beta india ne bahut taraki karli hai😆😆😆.............as far as how alok knew that its rano on the other side.............. so she did say hello alok😆
