Right click ragini's picture,click copy image code...go to my dashboard,then from the dropdown menu,update profile!...Then go to preferences.Then at the end u will see a place for dp called Avatar link..Paste the image code there and submit.Done!

My Dashboard>Update proflie>Prefernces>Avatar Link

In avatar Link Paste the image Link..!!!
