SGP is doing justice to emotions

Guys, I am sorry. But I guess you are a bit overreacting. I see couple of posts "Finally someone started to think of Suhana...." and "Help me decide". So thought of writing this to support what's currently getting played in SGP. Pls take my writing sportingly, it's just my point of view.

Suhana did go thru the pain of hearing that she was never pregnant and then she also heard that she is suffering from BT. In that episode we got enough glimpse of Sushaan moments where they both kind of trying to console each other as in my view they both are in a pathetic situation. Later once they came back from hospital we got one more episode (But thanks to SP it was "missed") where we got a good bedroom conversation between the couple and as Suhana by nature is strong and Ishaan is week (emotionally) so obviously we got more of Inshaan crying than Suhana. This was ok in my view.

By the way, one more point I want to highlight, if somebody is going to die in a short period, it's always the other people close to him / her who goes thru more pain as the person going to die, pain will end with his / her death. But the person going to live has to live with this fact for the rest of life. Death is end of all pain and life is living with pain. That's why you see more consolation for Ishaan than Suhana. It's a fact of life. Pls accept that. Even in one segment they shown Suhana was thinking about how Ishaan is quite now a days (right before she went into a fight with Manju aunty). So I actually thank SGP for being so natural.

Also SGP is always been a lesion to us to teach us that "Life is not bed of roses and you will have your portion of fall in life but always handle the bad time with a smile on face", so this "Pity Party" and all is just to establish that idea. End of day also pls consider it's a daily soap, so they really cannot show all the moments (like moments between bariMa-Suhana, Saas-bahu etc etc), as they cannot run this C-track for years right. They have to close this track is some predefined time and move on. Also consider everybody make mistakes. So does SGP.

Being said all of these, I truly enjoy reading all your comments as that teaches me lots of aspects which I miss while watching the show, so keep writing 😊

Chandraditya, you wrote it beautifully. I agree with what you say.
The sentence which you said, "When someone dies, it is the people around him that feel the pain the most." I totally agree with it. Well, I don't really know how physically hurting cancer is (how it hurts physically), but you know when death comes, it is definitely the people around him that are hurt the most. I experienced it myself and I was heartbroken. Chandraditya, I agree COMPLETELY with what you said and I just can't add anything else. I was watching some of the older episodes of SGP and I felt so happy for Sushaan, more than when I saw them for the first time. It was beautiful.

Great post. 👏

(P.S. Do not read the rest until you want to cry, I am sorry I needed to write it somewhere and vent my feelings).

For instance, when my grand father died, I was probably 10 and it was the first death in my family, the first dead person I saw. He was in Hyderabad and me and my family were in Mumbai. I came from school after being selected for the "Best Girl" in my grade. Imagine how happy I must have been. I come home and my mother told me that my grandfather is serious. I could see the fear in her eyes, her eyes were red. We went to the airport and we reached Hyderabad hospital at about 9. He had his second cardiac failure in that day. The hospital people did not allow us (me and my sister) inside the hospital because we were "children". That was the second time in my life, the people in the hospitals did not allow children. I felt really bad as if some one was discriminating us (the way they said that made it worse). I stayed at my relatives place for the night. Somehow, I slept (probably I was scared of the dark). The next morning, the relatives started behaving extra nice. I sensed something was wrong. I told myself that probably my grandfather died. In the evening, my relative told me that he died. I had tears in my eyes and went away saying that I would wash my face (my sister was there and I did not want her to cry). I went to my grandfather's place and everyone was crying. I was still composed though. The next day, when "he" came I burst out. I felt soooooo bad. I started crying. But I was really happy that he died peacefully, because the doctors said that if he were alive, he would have been in coma for the rest of his life. Ths proves that when someone dies, it is their near ones that feel the pain.

The reason why i like this forum..is becaus ehow your views change with the views of the others.😍Very well written Chandraitya👏..I think you justified your points really well..but just my two cents..I actually dont like the way the Kashyaps are thinking Suhana will die.I feel they are educated enough to wait for the resulsts and then anticipate whether she will die or not...based on the points you have written,I now feel ok the pity party isjustified to some extent, but wasting one whole episode on the drunken scene I feel is a bit too much!Even if they had some good scesns in yesterday's episode, then fine..alas..only sadelapan😕

what an awesome description... I agree with you..but i dint like ishan pity party that is the worst. knowing that his wife needs him at all times and will be literally waiting to see him back at the earliest , want to spend some memorable moments with him...he enjoying beer...is un digestable ....and moreover does not suit the character ishaan in any way.. i will not be convinced even the director himself comes and justifies it...

Chandraditya, I agree to your points.. I agree that ..
" When Someone dies, it is the people around him that feel that pain the most "
... But I couldn't understand Why Kashypas are thinking Negetive that suhana is going to die even before the results were out????????
I am not against Kashyas thinking how can ishaan live without her, But Why they are feeling bad for Ishaan rather than suhana ???
Atleast Ishaan will be there before them alive even broken heart, but if suhana dies, you can't see her... (sorry if I hurted anyone but i am telling my views).
I AM AGAINST THAT PITY PARTY ;
...... Why the pity party i couldn't understand, as both sushaan are going through the pain..As much as ishaan in pain, suhana is also in pain thinking of ishaan and something she may loose suddenly..
Why giving PITY PARY to ISHAAN ??
.... Results are not out if suhana has cancer or not ??
Tommorow again Will they will give PITY PARTY to Ishaan when they come to know that suhana is suffereing from cancer ???? Will they continue to drink and forget if bigger problems arises in the family or to any one of the brothers ???
If the brothers wanted to give console to ishaan, they can have dinner, and talk to him heart and heart and console him...
But CVS send wrong message with the PITY PARTY ..What CVS wanted to say and How much relief Ishaan got the pain from this PITY PARTY I couldn't understand..😲
Sorry CVS I AM TOTALLY AGAINST TO DRUNKEN PARTY, it look unrealistic and worst, as they included Deepak a student into this party.....😡

very well written...

for the point that everyone are thinking abt why they are thinking
negative..

i think we all have tendency to think abt the worst case...
for eg...if we dont like a particular episode or a track...we tell SGP is over...its good days are gone...we dont think abt its comeback or anything...
if we write an exam...and not satisfied....we think am i going to fail....
i think its human tendency...

the family says that...but also assures themselves by saying nothing will happen to suhana....

I agree. A one whole episode over the drunken scene was not needed.
Also, believe me, I know from first hand experience what it's like to have your loved one suffering from a brain tumor. I lost my nanaji to one. Yes he's gone and his family still misses him and suffers. His pain have ended but the pain his wife and children and grandchildren feel won't end anytime soon even if it's been over 21 years. But when he was alive, he suffered. He suffered a lot. He lost so much weight, he lost his memory. Near his end days, he didn't even know who he was, let alone his wife and kids.
It's okay to feel sorry for the patient's family because you are right, those who remain would continue to suffer while the patient's suffering ends with death but the patient still suffers.
My main problem is, here, they are either acting like Suhana might die and crying their hearts out or feeling bad for Ishaan instead. Suhana at this time, needs their support and love and their strength. She might show that she is strong, but inside she is going to be scared naturally.
I also want to add, I always have felt SGP has handled the most complicated issues (Radha Bua's rape track comes to mind) with much sensitivity and maturity. That's the reason why I love this show so much but I feel like these days, they are letting loose a bit. I just feel if they pay a little more attention to their details than the show would be absolutely perfect!

Guys, just to make it clear, I too didn't like the way they showed the pity party. It should have been better if they showed that they tricked Ishaan to drink. May be by mixing alcohol with coke or something. Doing "Cheers" is something didn't suit Ishaan even in normal mood and certainly not in the current mood. That's why I said people make mistakes and so does SGP. But after all if somebody makes 99 things correct and one mistake, we should be kind enough to forgive him for that. So I forgive SGP for doing such an excellent job through out and doing very few mistakes.
